Simply Zero Foods uses Canada Post to ship products to customers. Costs of shipping is calculated by Canada Post and dependent on customer location. If an order qualifies for Free Shipping, customer will not be charged a shipping fee.
We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel shipping with tracking capabilities. Normally, it takes 2-8 business days to receive your product.

Simply Zero Foods has a strict return policy. You may return any of the items from your order within 30 days of delivery if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, however, unless the items are damaged, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
